The spots do look like a mag deficiency, it's difficult to decide who's advice to go with at times. I've added some cal mag too. I'll give it a few days and see how it reacts.
Hey guys, thanks for the replies!
I went ahead and flushed the bigger plant today using not distilled but rather filtered water (too hard to get that much distilled water).
Here are some updated photos. I've highlighted some of the spots that are new.
Haha. Thank you for your very passionate story rob333. Perhaps this soil was not an ideal choice for this plant type.
I got some pretty nasty mold overgrowth in my hydroponics system right as I was about to transplant the clones. I already had foxfarm for other gardening I do, so it (trying a...
islandstyle, thanks for the input! That is helpful information. I'm using 3 gallon pots. They are a soft material (Smart pot) that allows aeration and water to drain.
It looks less like transplant shock at this point and more like nute burn. Although the leaves are pretty light, not a lot of...
Hello,
I decided to give soil a go this time. I'm using FoxFarm ocean forest as my soil. I transplanted some clones into it once they rooted. I'm noticing the two I've transplanted are starting to get some discoloration.
I've not added any nutes to the soil, just some Liquid Karma and a little...
I have a colloidal / ionic silver generator that I use for health benefits. I can make either. One is suspended silver ions (ionic) and the other is suspended silver particles(colloidal). Does anyone know which is better for this purpose?
Hello,
I transplanted my plants last night, moving from their sprouting system to the veg/flowing system. The roots are staying nice and wet (I'm doing high pressure aero) and the response that I'm seeing as shown in the photos below was all within 8 hours.
The only thing I can guess is...
I've noticed that most posts that I make that relate to high pressure aeroponics don't seem to get any replies. Is it just not very popular route to go? Has anyone tried HPA and then gave up, if so why?
That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure. I have a 24v ac solenoid just like that one and I ordered wall mount plug that will output 24 v ac, so I'm going to see if that will work I guess otherwise i'll have to break out the soldering gun.
Can anyone recommend HPA 80+ psi nozzles?
How far do you position your nozzles from your roots? On time/Off time?
I'm trying to enhance my current setup and am curious what other nozzles people use and how.
Can anyone explain how to hook up a 115v solenoid as indicated by the link below to an AC outlet (my timer box with AC outputs)?

I have a meter which reads in PPM. I've read that when doing high pressure aeroponics, you can go pretty low on the nutrients. I've been following the recommended amount on the packages after I realized I shouldn't give them nutes as soon as they started to sprout.
Heyo,
Just looking for some feedback on my first grow. These are two autos (free seeds) about 5 weeks in. I've almost killed them two times, I'm pretty sure I burned the shit out of them in their seedling stage and somehow I've managed to keep them alive.
This one is a "Delicious Seeds AUTO...
I'm thinking one of the below:

Great. Thanks for the help. I've got little white hairs all over on one of my plants (but in general it is not doing well)
My other plant which tolerated my growing environment much better so far has only a few small ones at the top:
For my first grow, I'm attempting to tackle the beast that is HPA. I call it a beast because there sure are a lot of parts and complexities (at least, that's what I've read and experienced so far). I don't know if I'll get the setup working just right to get these plants to grow but here is my...
The seeds were started with some Rapid Rooter cubes in an AeroGarden but have since been moved into my (experimental) HPA setup. They aren't in any medium beyond the original cube and their roots dangle and are targeted by misters.
I'm using PureBlend Pro, CalMag and Hygrozyme close (a little...
