If the RI speaker wants to tweak the marijuana law he only needs to ask patients and caregivers and he'll get all the info he needs. Both the Gov & now the Speaker claim they are willing to tweak the RI law and we are having no imput. I've contacted RIPAC numerous times to orchestrate a meeting...

I searched this thread but I did not find this. What kills me are the fees for producers. They are outrageous and I bet they don't charge liquor stores these fees. All these fees get passed on to patients...

The bulb is what produces the PAR, not the ballast. The ballast drives the bulb but it's the type of bulb that determines the PAR. A better ballast may produce more PAR though on the same bulb.
