    Auto won't flower.

don't be afraid to feed it in flower. you don't say much about your nutes, but you have nute deficiencies. increase nutes and water more often. it's yellow at the top because it's dry. the brown spots are calcium deficiency and the yellow streaks is nitrogen deficiency. google jorge...

    Particularly technical question :)

dirt or hydro? the difference applies if in dirt or hydro... there's no 'O' in dirt. and i definitely want 'high' P during flower. the nutrient analysis and ratios most people and the industry talks about are the raw numbers... and the target ratios for weed will be different depending on who...

Who grows in Smaller Pots than 5 Gallon?

hmmm a link from March of 2014 does NOT work... that's odd... A 2 liter bottle with the top cut off (a hempy pot) is roughly 1.69 qt. according to volume (not liquid) measurement calculation. Measured at 4 in. radius by 7.75 in. tall. A 1 gallon nursery pot from Homedepot is described as...

Why you should stop smoking weed and start vaping?

Vegetable Glycerin extract or VG cannabis have been my key words for google searches; I've found a couple methods (I'm impatient, so really only found one - the second one takes 3-6 months). Full disclosure VG extraction will not be as potent as other extractions according to all the internet...

Homemade oil for my vape pen

tried a search for 'vegetable glycerin extraction'...? uses heat only; double boiler or oven. no alcohol; you can get kosher VG, not sure if that will fit the bill for your need? or you can just use the vape juice to extract, i use juishy 70/30 (vg/pg) vape juice... marijuanabreak.com has a...

    Full spectrum led?

I'm surprised no one told you to go shit in a cup...? fucking LED snobs... I think the answer you're looking for is, worst case the veg cycle will be a little stretchy or your flower will not stretch much, both results are who cares. One bit of relevant advise; A 300w light might be called a...

    Cheap Lights

Active cooling may be more of a personal preference, or perhaps extra caution on my part... I am using 0.025 thick sheet aluminum not a plate. If I had gaps between the strips and/or had thicker aluminum, I may not feel the need for fans. I have purchased the 12v version of these and they run...

    Cheap Lights

I like these from aliexpress.com. The 24v version are as advertised. I used 10 meters as half meter strips stuck to a sheet of aluminum 8"x21.25", two 80mm fans on top - by my meters at 24v; 222w and 47,800lm:

F'n Georgia... We have a looooong way to go

People who join the police force are not mental giants. Suburbanite fluff will not challenge you mentally either. I see this as competing temper tantrum. Spoiled rotten millennial suburbanite fluff thinking there is no way a cop is going to bust his new year's eve party and a similar less...

    Cheap Lights

Vendors on this site provide useful information for people seeking their input. I have reviewed their input and have found it helpful in making some of my decisions... I thought the title of the thread clearly stated the topic. I guess the definition of cheap varies? Cree, Samsung et al...

    Cheap Lights

I've been researching similar... and I guess I'm a 'ghetto' grower; I am frugal... my 'calculation' is cost per 10k lumens and it includes the costs of nuts/bolts/wire nuts and what ever else I use. I find even the cheap chinese COB costs to be high (my costs; $2.97/10k lumen). The 100v IC...

    Another Smart IC Question...

I was thinking this was a new vendor/competitor that has produced a slightly different board? The video is for a 74 diode chip... this one claims to be 144. The 74 looks interesting, but probably isn't as efficient as it claims... could the 144 be true and/or as efficient as they claim...

    Another Smart IC Question...

Maybe more than 1 question... Found these in the usual place... Picture makes it look like there are 144 chips... can we assume they are .5w? if .5w and @ 50w, they would be running at about 70%. they claim 120lm/w. anyway to tell? has anyone dis-assembled one of these 144/50w?

Has anyone used? Anyone familiar with this product? I’ve used GH’s flora bloom and flora micro for a few years now. I’ve tried some of their other products over time and decided for me, I like to use their humic acid and kelp, i.e. flourlicious plus… the only other bottle I used from them...

A few questions and a few statments

Yes, ec and ph meters are effected by water temp. If my water temp is in the 40'a, it sometimes takes more than 3 minutes for the ec meter to settle on a number. My ph meter seems to be a little quicker, but I don't trust it in less than 1 minute.....
