no its only 120 watts I'm using in in combination with CFLs for a kind of trial grow. I figured that because all the bulbs just contained sodium under pressure that it couldn't vary too much... I just wanted to be sure because I have seen special spectrum bulbs that apparently help plant growth...

Can certain light spectrums coming from an HPS bulb harm a plant? I purchased my HPS lamp that was intended for security purposes and I don't know if I have to replace the bulb or something? Thanks.

I dont understand... when do my plants quit looking like cabbage and more like a plant with a stem? when I begin flowering? and another thing, I wait until after the flower has come and gone before the pod that i could possibly get opium out of comes into play?

It seems we disagree on many things aatochi, but in my experiences with opiates, Opium is the drug that i can use on a very regular basis without withdrawals or any sign of addiction.

thats the price you pay for forcing yourself to feel uplifted. I wouldn't go as far as to say opium will own you... If you have any self control you can safely indulge.

Please help me with cloning, I cant find anything in the FAQ about how big the cutting/shoot must be before I take a clone... and I have Schultz rooting hormone powder, is this sufficient?

In the end this experiment is pointless once you realize you will yield nothing of interest. Its a good idea though.

Im just doing it for fun, I enjoy harvesting things and if I get a little opium out of it, even better! I'm not hoping to be the west coasts biggest supplier of raw opium or anything haha
