Well, I think I'm going to wait another week. The colas are jam packed with pistils, and if I actually wait for them all to turn orange, I think I'd be over a week or so of suggested grow time. Just have to call it as I see it I guess.

Okay man, chill out. It looks like one or two. The head of the trich begins to look less and less attached to the stalk as it ages, and the color changes to amber...so yes. I cannot take a clear pic of it with the cam. But I obviously see a few trichs with the color change seeming to be a light...

I have a grow that is getting near harvest time. There are still tons of white pistils, but I'm starting to see maybe one or 2 trichs turnin amber. Is this normal? Do all the pistils have to be shriviled? if I get the ratio I want in cloudy/amber, is it okay if there is still 50% white pistils?

Update taken today, 5/24/2014, 2 months after germination.

I guess if you click the actual file name 20140515 it shows a much larger version of the pic. Trichs can definitely be seen forming. If my first crappy grow was almost an ounce...well, let's just say i'm already happy with what I'm seeing in that last pic! TY Rollitup for all the helpful info...

Update: Sexual frustration beginning to show a little. Can't see in the photos, but noticing sugar leaves beginning to form their first trichs. Seed was germinated around March 20th (I really need to be better at marking dates.) Coming up to 2 months:

Actually I had just misted the soil with a spray bottle before taking this pic. So I'm not drowning them.

So I was wondering if these seedlings will be alright. They had a hard time getting their shells off, and I was able to gently pinch them off. The first one looks the worst, but I'm assuming it will continue it's growth? The 2nd one looks better. What do you guys think?
