Hey guys whats your opinions on these do you think they are ready for harvesting???

I have 9 plants under a 600 light which I have just turned over to 12/12 two days ago... I turned them up to 660 over boost but then I noticed some of the leaves turning yellow so I have turned it back to 600... does anybody have any idea what is wrong with them any advice would be appreciated...
