16 grams of trim to a cup of butter? i don't want to be a "nay Sayer" but i don't think that will be strong. unless it was crazy good trim. i used a 3:1 ratio of butter to trim in mine and it wasn't crazy strong. i suggest cooking it all into one small batch of cookies and eating them all at once!

use unsalted, that way you can use it for all types of cooking not just savory. it probably wont make much difference anyway, I'm sure if you make a cake/cookies with salted butter the sugar will mask the salt. many sweet recipes call for some salt to be added anyway.

I separated the best trim and used it to make blender hash, i'll post a guide later with pics. and the rest went into butter, Hash is ok but you don't get much, i think you can expect something between 3-9% of your original dry weight. you'll get a lot more bang for your buck if you make butter...

I just cooked a big batch up (over a pound of dry plant matter) i let it cook on low with no lid (it got too hot with the lid on) for about 20 hours, seems much the same as when i did it for 8 hours. I've not eaten any yet but i'm sure it'll knock me on my ass.
