I've also looked at this Rhino Pro Carbon Filter 8 Inch 200 X 400mm 800M3/Hr And this Systemair RVK 150mm 6" L1 New IEC Model 4 5 6 So the Carbon Filter is an 8 Inch and the extraction fan is 6 inch would this work or do they both have to be 6 inch?

You need a bigger Carbon filter and keeping the duckting straight makes it more efficient at moving the air. Shame you cant knock a small hole in the wall and fit a vent in to let the air out so it doesn't build up.

I'm in the process of making the switch to LED's too. Basic pointers the Wattage stated in the title of a lot of these LED's are not the true wattage, for that you have to read the small print. You want to be aiming for no less than 30 watts per sq ft. The plants can take upwards of 50 watts...

For that area 450 watts that the actual pull from the socket will get you 50 watts per square foot. There are some Cob units out there that will cover that area nicely. Or you might opt for two 250 watt units. But always read the product details to find the wattage it pulls from the wall, not...
