You can get similar results with materials completely purchased from walmart. But, You can also find a few things at dollar stores, like pots, gloves, sometimes starter soils, the twisty compact flourescents. Keep your eyes open, you dont really need a hydro shop.

I have thought about but have not worried about a reflector because im afraid of residual heat. Im worried that a reflector would not help out for temperatures at all, but it would help out for light placement, alot.
