when my plant started drooping like crazy I waited a week without watering and then I flushed the soil, poking air holes into the wet after I was done. Then I turned off the lights for a solid 8 hours and woke up the next day to a happy plant.

aww man...well at least I didn't kill it. Hopefully there will be enough new growth to cover it up and clawed leaves will eventually die. I love healthy looking plants.

Def need more space. What is the color temp on those bulbs? You should be using 5000k or higher to get the plant short and fat instead of the tall and stalky plants you get from using a cooler color temp like 2100k or 3400k.
