Im 3 weeks in flowering and guessing this is a deficiency, please help i dont want to lose these girls

7 days in to flowering. Are these balls or just an early sign of new growth coming from this area?

Dont mind the small brown area, that was a burn that happened when i was at work. Also the broken leaf was growing in to the pot and sort of creased itself. Is this nute burn or whats going on? Cal-mag deficiency?

Ive been reading where starting a seedling in straight FFOF can burn it as its got a decent amount of nutes in it. Can i help lessen this chance by doing a 2/3 ffof and 1/3 perilite mix? Also before adding the seed, will flushing the soil really good help by draining out some of the nutes?

So i just pH tested the water from my faucet, looking to be about 7-7.5, I had assumed my water was acidic and got dolomite lime to add to my ffof/perilite mix. Will the dolomite lime be completely pointless since my water is at 7.5 or will it still help buffer the soil to keep it at 7.0? Also...
