Hi. I was wondering rather then just trash the tops of my plants, could i use them as clones? All responses highly appreciated.

The buds on the top of my plant look ready for harvest but the ones further from the light are clear or just a tad cloudy. What to do? Harvest the top and wait on the bottom? Or Harvest entire plant? Or just wait until they are all 50% or more amber?
