I got two oz. from one plant and only 17 grams from another grwon under the same conditions and the same strain. The 17 grams are airy and the other was rock hard. What happened?

I'm growing in ocean forrest soil. Light is 2 600 watt HPS. PPM is about 1250. PH is 6.5. Room is 4x5. Temp is about 80 degrees and humidity varies from 35% to about 55%. Plants are 3 weeks into flowering. variety is blackjack grown from seed. 4/5 germination rate. Pots are those cloth ones...
