Not true to my knowledge, I've had a HPS and MH run on the same HPS Ballast. Depends on the ballast. No harm in trying..

I'm growing with HPS and 3 CFLs for supplimental lighting.. I haven't really got much money to spend on nutes, I have some PK13/14 which I have just used for the first time today. I used 20ml A 20ml B 7.5 ml PK13/14 in a 5L bottle of tap water.. Last feed I only put half of each by accident, so...

It looks like the same problem I had on an older grow.. Did you spray water on the leaves by any chance? That had the same type of effect your plant seems to show..

Just another update.. 2 days in on 12/12, i've recovered her from most issues, everything looks good! She's getting big! Waiting for my PK13/14 to arrive.. Feeding at 3ml each of Canna A + B per 1.5L. Seems to be doing fine! :) what do you think?
