    Powdery Mildew in flower

I have powdery mildew in flower. I don't really know what to do, I have plants at all different stages of flowering, so I can't harvest early..maybe one..or two plants. I have been fending it off pretty well with plucking off the fan leaves that show it as my humidity is around 40% with lights...

Help diagnose problem - pictures for reference

I don't know too much about hydro either..however I do know that, hydro ph should be around 5.8-6.3. I agree with it manifesting as a Mg deficiency as well. I also believe that the reason it is showing signs of deficiency is because of the color of your roots, as they look a little sick. you def...

UPDATE: afghani kush, new t5 causing heat stress

What is the temp in your room? Also, what kind of soil/ fertilizer are you using? looks like over fertilization type of twisting and mutation. I actually think the light should be way closer, you can even see it in the picture. I know people who use t5s and they put them a couple inches away...

Why are my Plants sagging?? Help Please!

Hello clockher, looks like you need to amend your soil with some perlite to allow better oxygen to the root system. When you use sandy-types of mediums the small particles pack a lot closer together and squeeze the oxygen out. Sandy types of mediums will also hold on to moisture a lot longer...

Help with plants 39 days into flowering, Burn or deficient? (Pics inside!)

I know you have received a lot of responses to this already but just wanted to mention I just heard on the "Ask Danny" section of Free Weed with Danny Danko episode 3 that the "dreaded taco shell" symptom usually contributed to a calcium and magnesium deficiency at the same time.

Help with plants 39 days into flowering, Burn or deficient? (Pics inside!)

Don't add anything as mentioned above...you are using super soil...ur nutrients are already in the soil. I personally think you should back off the calmg for a couple feedings. calcium and magnesium kinda work together and an excess of either can block out the other ie. excess Mg will block Ca...

    Whats wrong with these?

I believe this is pretty typical when you revert plants back to vegetative growth from flower because the plants have already switched their hormones to flowering and so now they are wondering why they getting 18 hours of light again. Just watch it and make sure that it doesn't go hermi on you...

Bottom leaves yellowing/browning and creeping upward to next leaves.

hello, how much are you feeding them? With something like that, you would want to feed them at 1/4 to 1/2 of whatever the package says. I would start closer to 1/4 strength because the NPK ratio for that particular brand 24-8-16. And from the twisting of the leaf in picture #1 looks like over...

Bottom leaves yellowing/browning and creeping upward to next leaves.

It's never redundant to post pictures. Most primary nutrient deficiencies start lower on the plant, most micro nutrient deficiencies start in new growth, so...is yellowing starting at the tips? At the margins? interveinously? Are you in soil or hydro? what type of nutrients? I know you see these...

4 weeks in flowering looks like 1 week...

Absolutely! A 12ft plant will produce more than a 2 ft. For sure. And please, please pH if possible. I tend a big grow. We had a plant where soil medium averaged a little over 7 and another that averaged around 6.5. After the same amount of time and feed, etc. the 6.5 plant was about a foot...

    Cause of mildew?

Hey rollitup, I'm trying to help my buddy out with his grow. He keeps getting powdery mildew on his plants..is it possible for mildew to grow in the trays if you fill the tray with perlite and set the smart pot on top of that? he treated and cured it while in veg with milk and neem oil as a...

    New to growing

If the soil you are using is fortified with nutrients from the start, don't start fertilizing until 2 weeks after to plant. Start with 1/4 of what the instructions recommend to see how your plants respond.
