I read around here people say they add cfl bulbs to there hps bulbs. does this help in anyway? i have a 3m x 4m room with 6x 2.5 gallon pots under a 400hps bulb. that is supposed to be enough to grow a decent bud, but will they grow bigger if i add a few cfl bulbs?

I am growing outdoor, third week of vegetation. in the last week i noticed the bottom leaves have brown, burn looking- lines. I fertilize with bio-grow by bio-bizz. does any one know what it might be that causes this to happen?
