3400 watts and a lady named Albert

Just thought I would give an update, so here it goes. -We pulled the plants at day 50, although it was about two weeks early. -The wet trim took three days with a lot of help. -A week later we dry trimmed -Ended up with 5lbs 4 oz -Not a spec of mold -Albert Walker is an amazing smoke...

I've had a hard time keeping up on this journal this past grow, but I think in the end it will be cool to see conciseness of it. We plan to start taking down plants next week, and maybe spread it out over a couple weeks. We have seen a few of those little herm banana formations, so it seems as...

@Karmic, We haven't tracked our nutrient runoff, but since then we have increased the feedings and the mother has bounced back quite well. Honestly, the plant hasn't been on a real schedule yet and that has probably been hurting her. I think we have been too worried about the veg girls and the...

Alright, this is going to be a quick update. Karmic, I'll answer your questions in a bit, because I am in sort of a time crunch right now. Anyway, here are the pics. Weekly group shot A little close up. You can see that the sugar is coming in nicely. Here's the veg room. We now...

I guess I would just say we are trying something new. It was also something recommended to us too, so we thought we would give it a shot. A big part of choosing one strain over multiples was that we could do some experimenting.

Here are the weekly group shots. It's amazing how big these things get in a hurry.

Sorry I didn't get to my regular Monday update, but I have been pretty sick recently and caring for the girls is about all I can muster. Anyway, the vertical growth has seemed to stop and now the buds are filling in nicely. I do have some pics that I want you guys to look at on the bottom...

I'm going with another week of 1500ppm, and next week I will walk it up to 1600 then 1700 ect. Maybe the next grow we will go with 1800 for a majority of it, but I am too much of a pussy to try four weeks in to flower. Weekly group shot A little reference to how big they have become...

Last time our Lemon Drops and Sour Diesel's would show really bad nutrient burn if we were anywhere close to 1400ppm. We never had problems with the AK's or Cheese's, but since they were all on one nutrient cycle we were never able to experiment. The first week of veg we kept the nutrients...

Geeze jin, you sure know how to make a guy blush. haha. Also, we are going to keep a super close eye on any mold issues this time. Hopefully we took enough precautions this time. We're thinking of adding those sulfur burners later in flower. Anybody have any experience with those? Don't...

So, these plants are getting massive in a hurry. We have been bending branches like crazy and tying them down like little dirty whores. During our last grow we were feeding the plants at about 75% of the manufacturers recommendation and the plants showed signs on nutrient burn, but in this...

Haha, I don't mind if you copy. The white plastic around the room is called panda paper and you can basically find it at any grow shop. The flower room has a 50 gallon water reservoir and a 15 gallon nutrient reservoir. Those trays have hard piping all the way around the edges with soft poly...

3000 watt Hps Super Grow Gets Another 400w mh. Just for Fun

You too. I have been around in my new journal, but I have only been updating it once a week. My roommate and I have been taking a lot of vacations recently before the next quarter starts up again. It's a little odd this time around because the room is much more automated than it was before...

Diablo and skywalker hydro SOG grow

We use a 50/50 mixture of hydroton and Ready Grow by Botanicare. We're not actually using ours as a flood table though (Ready Grow wouldn't work with a flood table). Ours is top feed and drain to waste. We could have built it to be recirculating, but as new growers we chose something that was...

Alright, we're chugging along nicely. We don't have any new plants in the other room yet because the clones are not showing roots. Some of them look like they are alive while others are struggling mightily. Other than that, we caged the AW's today because they are getting so plump. Here are...

Alright, we are taking the plants into flowering now after four full weeks. Here is a picture of how full they have become. This is our new little veg room. It's a 16 site top feed that recycles to a reservoir underneath. We should have some plants up and kicking in here by next week.

Alright, a quick little Monday update. The plants started really growing into one another after a few days on the Cyco XL, so we moved them into the final five trays. Right now we are running 5x400w HPS. We turned the MH off because it was increasing the room temperature too much for some...
