Not sure how this works. I couldn't find anything about it. Since one patient can have 7 plants, is it ok to have 14 plants for two patients living in the same house?

I've read through the nevada law several times now, and see no mention of whether or not patients can grow their plants in their backyard. I assume if we could, we'd have to make sure it couldn't be viewed from the street, but it would be nice to know either way.
