I have never used the advanced leds, what kind of chips are used compared to the blackstar 3w? Your 400watt HPS will take you a lot further than a 240 blackstar...the 400 watt hps will cover a 3x3-4x4 area fine...The 240's have enough coverage for 2 plants (4sq feet) on their own maybe...*also...

I am going to finish up under the Blackstars probably 2 weeks early. Strains are all about 65 day flowering schedule and that will be July 14th...looks like we are on target for the Blackstars, we might need a few more weeks for the growbars. Thanks for following...you have been paying...

mark my words i will get 2lbs in a 5x5 tent with only 200watts with the grow bars next time around once i dial in the spectrum's to a better flowering model...read my previous posts if you haven't been following this one.

but what is average? is 10-12 ounces for a 5x5 tent and 1000watt light average? im getting 10-12 most likely on this grow right here from what i am seeing, with the new bars hopefully 2 grams will get 20-24 ounces....= 2+grams per watt!

I just want to say I am guessing around 1.5 - 2 ounces per plant in either tent... Remember in the 5x5 tent there is 9 plants and only about 300 watts! My guess is I will hit close to if not over 1g per watt under the grow bars. Hopefully the new grow bar with heavier reds will be able to get 2...
