Hey I'm curious if this setup would work (I'm trying to replace my flouros for veg while keeping my 400W switchable flowering all the time). 2 x 100W MH bulbs pulling off of a 100W ballast; 2 ballasts, 4 bulbs. If not, would it work with 2 x 50W MH bulbs? Here's a pic of what I'm talking about...

I'm curious what the difference is between MH bulbs designed for growing and MH bulbs designed for industrial lighting. The industrial ones are much, much cheaper. Are they a different spectrum? Produce more lumens, less heat? Hit me back, cuz I have no clue!

Just as the title asks: what would the minimum depth be for a bubbler setup for say 6-8 plants, SOG style? I've heard 18 inches for a sprayer/mister setup, but really want to maximize vertical space while still going hydro. Thanks in advance! :peace:

Seedlings started in quicky peat moss puck things (drop 'em in warm water, they expand), then placed in Jiffy pots to keep them upright. Just sprouted (first two leaves), when should they be placed into soil and into what size pot? I'm going to do SoG because I don't want to waste time vegging...

Hey just wondering when it's the 'right time' to transfer my seedlings from underneath the CFL's to the 400W MH. After the first set of true leaves? As soon as they pop?

Would a 120V input, 12V output AC adapter power a computer fan or would it burn it out? Splice the wires? How about hooking two fans up to one of them? Would that work too?

What website hosts for free that everyone on here links to? Any help is appreciated!
