I've been taught that each strain has a predetermined potency. A "ceiling" if you will. Say you have 2 sister plants. One is a foot tall and the other is 8 inches tall. The one that is shorter will be about 25% more potent! Each plant is striving to reach this potency ceiling but the smaller one...

I think you'll be fine... You'll just have less seed is all. Any pistil that did get pollinated will make a seed. Fewer pistils = Fewer seeds.

This would work if your plants only flowered for three weeks. If you'd take 10 cuttings every three weeks, By week nine you'd have 30 plants in flowering. If my mind is working right, you would have to veg your plants for about 6 weeks in order to give the flowering ones time to finish. 2 weeks...

Yes, you'll want to exhaust your light OUT of the tent, preferably outside of the ambient room as well. Otherwise, the heat from the light's exhaust will be pulled right back into the tent... If ya dig.
