all new soil yeah... they barely even smell... the first one stunk!

I have grown from seed (found in the origina plant), from flowered cutting and from unflowered cutting. The original was from a flowering cutting... its got me puzzled.

Can anyone suggest why cuttings taken and grown from a fantasticly resinous and crystalised plant would grow to plants much, much, much weaker - although grown in the same spot, same nutes etc ?? Bugs me :(

I'm certain they're seeds :( Could someone enlighten me as to why this has happened? i've got another plant there next to it (female cutting) should I worry about that too?? the plant the seeds came from is feminized.. i'm a bit puzzled..

the temps did get a little high for a few days but now they are spot on.. its under a 250w hps and 300w cfl would the plant be naturally dieing of spottiness cos its old? the spots seem to just multiply and join together leaving the leaf crumbly to the point where it can almost be powdered...

.... and I dont have mites... or any insect infestation of any sort at all... surely someone must have seen something like this before??

By the way... i'm growing in soil, feeding canna terra flores nutes, molasses and occasional dose of seaweed. Ph is fine at around 6.5-7..

get an envirolite cfl to speed things up more naturally and keep it down on the plants maybe 5cm away... go by the actual wattage with your cfl's the equivalent wattage is only to your eyes not to the plants!

stick with the 18/6 and give them some rest on a night - go to 20/4 if you want to hurry it a long a little but as the wise man says.... 'good things come to those who wait'

just to clear it up... I only intend to use this stuff for 10 days before going back to using the Canna nute.. it seems the plant needs more P and K than the Canna has in it so this stuff will hopefully mimic the Canna PK 13/14... I would love to think i've found some new wonder nute and use it...

I've been mulling over some sort of DIY replacement for PK 13/14 for a few weeks now since i've been in flowering.. i'm a bit skint and dont want to buy another £15 bottle of nutes... I have been thinking along the lines of adding guano and potash to my feed for the week pk 13/14 is used...
