hello. i have experience in dry hot climates. it sounds like you could use a 'swamp cooler' or 'evaporative cooler'. they come as small as desk fans but imo, not enough power.

co2 on a timer is better than no co2 at all. i have mine set at 15min on 30min off. run ESPECIALLY through flower.

i have had nothing but good things come from foliar feeding. just keep the humidity low.

sorry, bro. but you will find that growing shrooms is awesomely hard. to prevent "infection" of your medium, your supplies (and process) will have to be 'tip-top'. or you will have to go through MANY, MANY "trial and error" runs to see what DIY equipment works for you. best of luck.
