i have a 4x4x7 DR 150 and going to fit it with a 600w hps. was thinking i would have to do something like this -2 / 4" CanFan/Vortex fans for intake/exhaust with compatible filter -1 / 6" Can or Vortex for the 600w Air Cooled Hood I know the duct hose is going to run in from the left side...

first grow & i got one about 6-8" inches high but hopefully getting it to about 6 ft. I got about 200 watts of CFL on the top & 2 108w New Wave T5's for the sides. From the way these things look in the tent now it doesn't even look like i'll need the top CFL's but will probably keep them there...

I just wanted to know why if the "Grow Big" is for vegging & "Big Bloom" is for flowering, why does their schedule tell you to put so much of the grow big when flowering & vice-versa???

just wondering what the differences are between the compact hps systems with the ballast enclosed in the reflector & the regular systems with the ballast & refector separate It seems like they are even a little cheaper any input?

My nutradip tri-meter is saying the the solution in my dwc is being raised from 5.5 to 7.0 in like 2 hours. I adjust it with pH down, then 2 hours later back up to 7.0-7.3...WTF Is this normal to continuously have to pour pH down into the bucket 5-6 times a day?

say i'm in an appt and i'm concerned of an HPS affecting the temp when venting into my living room...... Could I just get this to put inside the 4'x4' grow tent & would it be enough to cool the small space for like a 400W HPS?...Or do you have to vent outside the tent? Small 1,000 BTU portable...

Ok this is my first...I started out with this... -5 Gal SH DWC System -150W HydroFarm CFL System -Tri-meter -Fox Farm Nutes -5x NL Fem'd Since I only have 5 NL i'm only doing 1 monster & hoping to just take cuttings off of that into like a 6 planter Bubbleponics system from SH, and not touch...

For some reason it seems that the PPM of my nutrient solution is being affected dramatically by the light. Is this normal, or possible? Just got the meter today and calibrated it. Pics......... With the light moved off the plant With the light directy on the plant (about 6 inches)

I'm one of those people who got the Green grow big instead of the Blue one. I'm going tomorrow to get the Hydro one but what would this one do to the plant if I used it in my DWC?

Should I have any water in the bucket when the plant is this young? I've just been keeping the rockwool moist but should I be doing it differently? When can I tell when to fill it & where to fill it to?

Hey long time fan of the site, and just wanted to get some input. I got a Bucketeer via SH, & regretably purchased the HFarm CFL system with both 125 watt bulbs. I realize now this isn't going to be nearly enough for a 5 ft. plant...(feminized NL so that's why I only did 1...That & space)...
