Very impressive yield for using 3 42 watters. I'll have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for a final yield number, but it will be interesting to compare. I'm running 16 42 watt bulbs on two plants that were vegged for 34 days. A Pineapple Express and a Kandy Kush.

Wow, those colas just keep getting fatter, don't they? Looking awesome. Can't wait to see these yield numbers CD, cause I usually have short and stout plants with a lot of bud sites. Tall and pretty looks like it will produce a ton as well. Kudos.

I'd agree with 333maxwell. I'm on my fourth cfl grow, and have never used reflectors. Due to the inefficiency of cfl's, they probably won't do much good. The "good" light emitted from cfl's degrades quickly if they are more than an inch or two away from the plants. So if you use one of the...

Nice. She looks super tall, yet the buds seem huge for the lights you have on her. Is your lighting actually what you said a few posts back? "i took 3 out so now im running 10, 8 23 and 2 27 6500k" Does this mean you're running 8 23 watters, 2700k, and 2 27 watters that are 6500k?

I've seen them at Home Depot for 6-10 dollars, depending on the size of the reflector. :peace:

Any kind of fan you can get your hands on will work. Just make sure it's blowing the hot air off the plants. :peace:

No. It will be sufficient, but not efficient. It will work, but you'll get a lot more bud if you use more bulbs and higher wattages. Also, if you're gonna use the same bulbs throughout the grow, you should get ones that are less than 3000k. :peace:

My square footage is about 4.25. To reach 85 watts per square foot, I would need 8 or 9 42 watt bulbs. If my ceiling were 6 feet high and I mounted the bulbs on the ceiling for the entire grow, my plants would be stretched, skinny, and have minimal bud sites. :peace:
