i have used a perlite mix on top of my fish tank that ran the the water from the fish tank into the perlite to water my plants. the left over water when then drip pack into a fish tank. The fert. from the fish residue is great for the plants

there's not much you can do, the best thing i would say is hang a fan about the same size, at the same height has the light. that should offer some ventilation

i would milar the inside and light seal the corners and edges of the box, make it stealthy!

Thanks Guys! Yea my main concern was tha plant getting smashed in some ways. The post office sucks and they really dont give-a-shit about your packaging, as long as they get paid at the end of the day. i will have to look a lil further into packaging details and what els i have for options...
