i had a similar problem with an attic, that yeah got way to hot and dried way to fast for my liking. I'm not sure what the 'ideal' temperature is, but i would say anywhere from 65-80 with a realativly low humidity (to discourage mold) but not too low because the buds will dry like in your shed...
