first grow already devloping trics on leaves, this is a good thing right?

I have these tiny black dots on a few leaves so small i could not get them into a photo. There all on the outer most edges and are surrounded by this iridecent slime looking stuff. What is this? Can I treat it even though i'm 5 weeks from harvest, and can I do it naturally?:roll:

So so far I've successfully grown in door and out door with soil, but now (since it's cheap) I'm trying the hempy buckets. I've read just about every thread pertaining to this, but if and expierenced hempy growers have any choice bits of information that would be helpful it would be appreciated. :)
