Does anyone know if this is good to use during veg and the begining stages I heard it helps prevent root rot but does it help during veg to make the root grow faster

just cut some clones used the clone solution and the cubes put them in bags and under the light is there any tricks to getting them to root or any other trick first time i have ever cut my own usually just get them from the club:joint:
