Plants wont grow in weather below 5*C but they aren't harmed until the frost hits them so your fine that way. It'll warm up soon enough and they'll take off but until then they'll be perfectly fine outside. :peace:

Just keep it moist, no need to soak it. My personal rule of thumb is that it gets its first full watering when the seedling pops (and then fed like an adult the rest of the way). This way the tap root doesn't dry out or rot. :peace:
