That's right, they sit on top and wrap around the sides. I tried the Duct Shielding and it is overpriced and not very effective. Have found that HomeDepot has insulated ducting that is cheaper and works better.

pH down is the name of a product. Use it to lower the pH of your water.

It is more light but also more heat and you can't put them as close as a 600. I have 4 600's and like GB wouldn't trade for 1000's. I grow in a tents and do ebb & flood in 3x3 trays. The 600's cover the 3x3 trays perfectly.
