Dude.....that tap root is crazy...I have never seen anything like that happen. I've seen some of my roots get about half that thick, but never like that....I thought some alien was reaching out of my net pot.

I agree with MC. the BTU's alone even with proper venting will heat your 8X8 tent way too high. if you are growing in an 8x8 tent I would invest in 2 600's save yourself some money and use your lumens and light footprint more efficiently. I have found good 600's that are anywhere from $75-150...

yes it will work. But it is rather large. I would only use something like this in a RDWC (Recirculating DWC) setup. If you are gonna use it you will definitely want to elevate the tote and also install a couple of the drainage spouts to help with draining. It may still be a huge pain...

Very nice and ambitious. It looks like you will have plenty of space. You will still need to ventilate your light and you will need a nice can filter so your house doesn't wreak like super dank.

Very true Purp. A 600 will put out a massive amount of heat, and that would mean putting more into fans and ventilation. A 400 may be more manageable if you are staying in a smaller area.
