The right to assembly and freedom of speech is one thing but if you think it's o.k. to take a swing at a cop then you deserve to get your ass kicked.

People can protest and assemble all they want, hell I think it is a good thing to still practice those right's but those right's don't make it o.k. to disregard, or break the law. If you are protesting and an officer asks you to back up then back up and give the man his space don't stand there in defiance and provoke an unwanted action and then cry about it when you are arrested or get your ass kicked.

I don't know where you saw anyone swinging at a cop. I watched it over and all I see is the cop coming at the protester.

Keep this little fact in mind. The one percent own half of all the stocks, bonds and mutual funds in america along with forty percent of the money. Now I'm no math whiz but by my thinking that leaves half the stocks, bonds and mutual funds and sixty percent of the money for the other ninety nine percent. Now let's throw the top five percent of the wealthy into the mix and the ninety five percent might own one third of the rest of the american wealth. Now let's say the top ten percent in america own eighty percent of the wealth of the country. That leaves very little for the other ninety percent. Still think there is no class warfare going on?

And what if a cop unjustly hits you,, dont they deserve to be beaten?... He was out of line hitting a female like that. You and I know damn well they could have subdued her with no problem, but they didn't, he clocked her in the jaw as if she were a large man.

It's definitely class warfare. The right wing media is pushing it as such and the left are shying away from spilling it out but hey, if that's what you want to call it, I have no problems going with that.

It was a dude bro, pay attention. Ignorance of the law does not make you exempt from it. People get clocked everyday by law enforcement due to bad decisions, what makes this any different. Everyone knows that officials of law enforcement have the right to use force if need be and if you make the concious decision to do something stupid then that use of force will be used on you.

If I were to take a swing at a cop regardless of the situation or the size of him or me and I got jacked up then I deserved it plain and simple, I made the decision to do what I did and recieved just recourse allowed by law. Then I would not only have to deal with the ass whipping I just got for being a dumbass but then I still have the legal issue of assaulting a police officer.
