Outdoor CO2 supplement?

CO2 will effect water ph as well as compete with dissolved oxygen in solution. Even in sealed grows one should take caution when storing the nutrient solution in the same space.

3 yr old thread to funny. But plants outside could use all the co2 u could give them probally, but no way to do it economically. That's what greenhouses are for.

co2 is very abundent outside, adding co2 is only used with indoor growers, but still not completely necessary

ROOTS REQUIRE OXYGEN. CARBON DIOXIDE WILL KILL THEM!
People use hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), use air bubbles and all to eareate (oxygenate) roots. Doing the opposite (CO2) will kill promptly roots and thus plants.
As someone wrote before, it's no longer "outdoor" grow if you enclose plants to increase CO2 levels; otherwise it will just dissipate despite CO2 being heavier than air and tending to settle at the lowest bottom.
Outdoor is different. Why would you fuck with nature?

Theres nothing better than the sun for growing! Gotta love it, especially if you have supersoil... Anyways "Jokerjocko" is kinda right about how the plant consumes the Co2.... it consumes the co2 through the spores of the plant. But I believe it is useless to even attempt to put any Cof on your plants if it's outside/and or not in a concealed room. Cuz during the day the plant breathes carbon dioxide and during the night it breathes oxygen. If you spray Co2 in someone's face, it'll just dissipate and just go away. That's why you need to seal it up! But the benefits from growing the dank outside is without a doubt my fav way ta go fasho fasho. Boats n hoes

You can do It outdoors ...I do it every year...I cover the plants like some ppl suggested and put my co2 source at the base of the plant...and why in the fuck would it not be an outdoor grow...I don't keep the bags on them...I love how ppl who have no clue wtf they are taking about and just say shit say it get on here when ppl are asking questions ....don't make somebody feel bad for asking something...that's what this place is for...and who gives a shit how old something is...it's on here for information. ..why does the age if it matter...if it gets old it's useless? ?

Just my two cents but in years when i have faced harsh cold stretches early i have built a temp green house and used a small cast iron wood stove to burn charcoal. This has always kept my ladies alive till it warmed but ive noticed huge gains i believe come from the carbon monoxide that rapididly oxidises into carbon dioxide. I have great airflow any buildup is impossible. Its worked for me.
