12k watts in that? Overkill! IF your going to run 600's,,,,,,,3 rows of 4 lights = 1 light per each 4' square

6 - 1K's ,,, 3 down each side of the 16' with an access isle down the middle. 6 plants per light max if your planing on 5' plants, super cropped and lollypopped ....This will leave you with not much open area at all, as the buds will fill it up.

Use a light fixture that offers reflectors over the air cooling lines (the reflectors stick out from the hole so, yes you get air flow and 20% more reflected light).
These reflectors should be in the 33" x 27" size range. 33" along the 16' Run them no closer then 18" and no farther then 30". Gas the room in flower.

3lb MINIMUM yield by the 3rd run if you get your method/feed dialed in.

Good luck!

Any additional info,i.e how many plants per light,
I tought I can fit just 8 plants in this dimensions,so isn't that a bit of a overkill 20 x 600w,or would you fit more in your case?
Those 20 light would give you about 50 watss per sq ft, which is ideal. You could go less....

And maybe 4 plant per light vegged 4 weeks...

Thats a lot of fn work. If you are starting out juzt go with one light and four plants. Learn to grow well... then go bigger

No prob.....You can hit 6lbs + in that space with the right feed and growing skill. That should be your final goal.
