The long forgotten Advanced Defoliation technique, LFAD, is not a new technique. For each leaf you're considering removing, first considering using LFAD technique. The decision is easy using LFAD. The leaves you should defoliate will practically defoliate themselves when using LFAD technique.

Before defoliating, consider using LFAD technique.

Just tug the leaf.

This technique is not for beginners.

Yeah i never knew there was a name for this i used to defoliate my plants hardcore but i guess someone showed me how much actual damage your causing to the plant i only take leafes that want to come off now the older ones will naturaly yellow and fall off anyway
