Cannabis for back pain?

Hi everyone I have three herniated discs in lower back and degenerative disc disease I'm only 32 yrs old and the only option is fusion surgery and I'm not doing it just yet. My question is can anyone recommend any good strains for the pain I have in my legs and lower back? Cannabis does help me sleep but I've yet to find a strain that really helps the pain.

I have never tried edibles due to where I live pretty much still only flowers for now anyway. But the only strain that ever came close is blue dream and it is still my favorite for that reason.

I really need to get some blue dream. Watching a grow if it and grape ape together on the boards here.

I've only heard of golden goat in the last week.

I bought some seeds from cbd crew in hopes it helps with pain more than thc only strains

Have you tried edibles yet? edibles can often make me not feel my legs and back pain around 2 hrs in. Warm fuzzy feel. I have chronic back pain also. I alter between grape ape, golden goat, blue dream and durban poison.
I have been looking at the grape ape also maybe it will be part of my next order. Who has those beans?

Hi growing broke. I understand the frustration i am a lifelong smoker and truly finding medicinal pain relieving properties was tough. Tincture is the way to go. If not avail you can make it yourself. Or as stated edibles. I find higher indica strains are usually better for pain. And high Cbd containing strains.

Both of which are relatively simple t make yourself with Any buds. The higher quality the better of course.

For sure Indica and the funny thing with me is my older pains response better to MM then a new pains. Maybe I brain learns to ignore the pain after a longtime ? IDK but MM works better for something that used to really hurt in the past.

Also try lifting or lowing your knees above your waist...for me lifting usually feels better .The power seat inside your car is great to play around with--if it doesn't hurt too much as you move it around. Once you find a setting that feels good, leave it there and just chill out--I would say then spark one up but smoking in cars--even while parked in a garage is asking for problems down the road . So use pillows inside your home and burn one, don't smoke inside your car ever.

Thanks for the advice you know it's kinda funny I've been smoking my whole life and never heard of tinctures I had to look it up lol. I'm pretty interested in trying edibles I remember when I was a young guy I put some bud in some brownies but I didn't know what I was doing back then. I live on the east coast so I will have to make my own. never made cannabutter but I think I'm gonna give it a shot.

It's pretty simple. Wish I had saved the instructions I'd used. 7 grams in a batch of brownies. Good thing I sampled first. Tiniest bit sent me to space. Cannabutter that is. All I remember is boiling butter and pot in water to keep from scorching it.

My tired and true butter and oil recipe.
First you will want to clarify butter or remove milk solids. My patients also love coconut oil. Which works with this recipe te same way.

-decarb buds. Everyone has their own method. I like to do 225F oven. Sealed with two layers of foil in a glass baking dish. 20-40 minutes depending on how fresh buds are.

-bios a double boiler on stove tip. Larger pot full of water. And smaller pot with oil/butter floating on top simmering water. Add decarbed buds to oil And "cook" for 2 hours or so. At this point strain (or not) and is ready to use!

Just like oils method of water am butter simmering. But eliminates extra step of seperating butter and water. Also some day the h2o can hinder thc transfer to fat molecules.

General rule of thumb. Correctly cooked edible marijuana is active at spears of .3 grams. ! I like .5 grams myself.

If you want a good tincture recipe jus le me know.

Thanks will be cooking in about 2 more weeks as soon as the ladies are done. Can't wait to try it and I will let everyone know how it turns out and if it helps. Thanks guys

Rso is great for pain. You can also just make edibles w ur flowers. Its worth it if u don't want the pain. I know how it is.

True bubba kush Is the bomb for pain but clone only. So is real Clone only blue dream. If ur in Cali both are relatively easy to get. I liked the Scotts og for pain too. Good luck man. I hate my back pain. Put off surgery as long as humanely possible.
