yeah, turn it to lowest setting and you will be fine. a bit harsher but will get the job done.

fruit bloom nutrient sugar and mollasses. do some research it works.

the dull side of the foil if you do use, otherwise Mylar or flat white paint.

mylar has a good 20-25% reflective increase over whit paint. i use white paint myself though atm.
