Yeah that looks pretty cool. You say this is your first hydro experience? How did u learn to do this? Surely it's not so easy that even I could do it? I guess the hydro thing is intimidating to me. Oh well, I'll lean it eventually.

You would not need Exhaust for now but of course it makes things a little more manual:

Example of what I do: I Keep tent open for her daytime and I Zip it before Timer Shuts off with fans and pump still running of course

- I then turn off the lights before leaving the room and Unzip it so it does not wake up to a baking at its 4am wake up time.

- If you are doing 12/12 you could very well just keep it zipped until you awake and unzip it in the morning.

When I left out of town last week I just left it open as its Night was dark from 10 - 4am anyways where its dark and I was not there to interrupt the process. I will However be builing the exhaust for my next grow and will keep you posted as I would like to just close it up without the work in the future. Its working for now though.

But anyway, your hydro system seems to work very well. And in your tent, u don't run any exhaust, just fans. That's been my only hang up w/the tent. So if I were to get a tent, I might not need an exhaust?

And I should have grown two but growing one made me put my all into it. I thought she would have flopped but thanks to your 18/6 suggestion and looking at others mistakes, I wanted to push this to be a good flowering plant with a healthy yeild. I'll keep my fingers crossed on the Yield part.

I just got back in town after a 5 day trip and when I came back she was looking unbelievable when I thought she was going to be unhealthy... This was without a drip system.

Anyways My Setup is Pretty Simple.
- DR60 Grow tent. I recommend a DR80 or DR120 for yourself champ
- DWC Bubbler (Check youtube for building it very easily)
- Aquarium Pump (Dual if you're running two buckets)
- An Airstone
- Hose
- 6 Inch Pot
- Circular drill to cut out spot in lid - You can use a knife but its harder
- Hydroton Pellets
- Rockwool Cubes
- A few clip on fans
- ppm meter for nute check
- Need to hookup an exhaust system to blow the hot air out

As of now I have to keep the tent open during the day because the 250W MH lighting gets it over 90 degrees.

You got a real nice set up there to. I've also been looken at some tents to. Tell me about your tent and what it took (equipment wise) to get it up and running. What I'm thinking is putting a photo-period plant in the tent and my auto's out in the open. But it's just a thought for now. Just curious what it might take to get going on it. Its kinda a bad angle but it zooms well. Thank for the 18/6 advice as I think the 24/0 is what kept oh boys from showing sex and budding late.

Just harvested the Lowryder. Currently growing a photo-period DNA Lemon Skunk. She'll be done in about 20 days. Then I'm going to grow the auto's , 4 AK-47 and 1 Dinafem Roadrunner
Light is T5 HO 8 bulb fixture. Bloom and Grow bulbs. Milwaukee Digital PH meter. Carson's 30x magnifier. Fox Farms Trio for nutes. Gerber Baby water (already ph at 6.9/7.0). Seeds. Growing pots. Fox Farms potting soil. Small humidifier. window unit a/c. small electric heater.
Spare bedroom 10x15

Hey man looks like she is really showing actual Pistil Hairs in the pre-flowers. Most people on here could not even get sex to show after 30 even 40 Days on this 60 DAY!. Dude the 18/6 Schedule rocks. Let the lady sleep and maybe she'll just flower and show her true colors LOL!

So far you're my only Bud on here because I'm picky in who I deal with. I know you grow soil but your advice is great for me to push on to the hydro. I just try to keep it simple and so far so good. Check her pics. Here is my room. Just switch to an 250W MH Light with Switchable Ballast to 400w. In a day I noticed a difference. Damn CFLs blow too damn much I see.

Lots of info on the RIU site. But thats why I started this group. There are to many people out there trying to grow autos like there photo plants and the bad advice on autos was driving me nuts.
You stick around for a couple of grows and you'll see that our group blows away any other auto thread/posts. We know how it's suppose to be done and strive to achieve the best results as possible.

Yeah, the site is hard to move around in. Was you around about 2 months ago when they redesigned it. Well it's not any better.
You need to run some questions on the hydro posts. I'm sorry, leave it like it is and get some better advice on hydro. I've always wanted to go that way but never made it. Kinda seems like a lot of work.
