Hey wesnile20, your Daylight CFL bulb is actually the a very high blue rating on the spectrum you can get. "Arctic Blue" is what it is referred to. As to how far it will go in the grow room? It depends on how many pups are in there. And Usually it takes more than one CFL and in a higher wattage to be more effective. But lets say you have one plant in a very reflective small space with the light very, very close. Then you could pull off more than we both think....
