Watering once a day sounds way too much. I literally have about 2 inches of soil in peat pots and I only water them every 3-4 days. Wait until you can see that the soil is visibly dry before watering again.

Yeah like kermit said, the lights are way too far away - you can literally touch the lights to the plants (this isn't a reccomendation) because LED's put out so little heat that you'd never need to worry about scorching

Normally it's the exact opposite - plants so young don't normally need nutes just yet

I didn't realise that overwatering could be the problem - I normally leave them for around 3 - 4 days, or until the soil is visibly dryer than before until I water. Is this too often? If so, how often should I water them?
