I'm sure it's possible to get that much off 1 plant with CFLs, but it's no where near practical. You would need a big space, a bunch and I mean a bunch of CFLs, then ventilation that can handle it. For all the money it would cost to set that up you could buy a much more professional set up...

You need more light, at least 4 26w CFLs. The lower leaves (rounded) don't grow they just die off after the plant takes off. Get more light and stop putting water directly on the plant, the droplets can act like a magnifiying glass and cause burns.

Those are not CFLs they are just fluros. I'm don't know much about big grows but I'm fairly certain you are asking a lot for any indoor light grow.
