Wow, makes good sense now. Is it OK to add a little clearex to the RO PH'ED water change for the rez?

So I use RO water and add 2.5ml/gal of CaliMag at each rez change which is every 7 days. Ph has been steady at 5.8-5.9 for weeks but it sounds like you think it may be locked out? Or I may have to up the CaliMag? Are you saying if it does not uptake water immediately it was locked up?

Nice reference document. Better than what Hanna sends with their meter. Yes I'm using the H17031 (1431us) calibration packets for my H98129 meter. The conversation is set to .50 and the Beta setting is 2.1. I'm not sure what the Beta setting is for, or what it affects?
