Use the mg blue stuff 24/8/16. Mix it at 1/2 or 1/4 strength. When you switch the lights to 12/12 you wil want a fert with a bigger middle number and a smaller first number.

I think you are swapping lumens for kelvins. You cna add up the lumens but not the kelvins

You can manipulate the size of the plant whith the size of the pot you grow it in and the time you let it veg. If you keep them small 4 42 actual watts should be plenty. But you would not use the whole 15 sq ft.

It looks nice, green and healthy. Have you been misting your plant? Do you have hard water? That is what the white stuff on the leaves looks like.

Room temp water is best. If you have 600 wats of light I dont think the t5's will make a difference.
