and i will keep the fan on
and can i use steam facial and what we use for our faces !!! to keep humility ?? is int hot for the plants ??

Lose the wet cloth...If u worry about the humidity being too low them mist your plants with regular water.
Plant looks healthy.
I say, if u can then keep fan on at all times, but you can turn it off when light are off(But make sure that it aint blowing too hard at the beginning, cas your seedling is very small and weak...After some weeks, then keep it on as much as u can, cas this will pump your plant stem rock-solid and strong!!!)

the lights ? and is snow wight ok ? the distance between the plant and the lamps ? and is it look helty ??
my friend when i open the fan the humility goes soooo down ??
note:
as i told you we are using air conditioner so the room always recycling ? do i have to keep in on ??
and is it ok the wet cloth around my plant ??

If U have any more specific questions, then holla at me bro....

For the lamps position-put them 5 inches or something like that away, then put your hand underneath it-when u feel its too hot and uncomfortable, then its noo good!!!!But if not, then its fine....Remember-cfls has a really low light penetration level....
