get a 400 watt for 3 plants. you'll be fine.

at least a 10,000 lbs.

you probably should give yourself 18 - 24 inches of space. make sure you can adjust your light up and down. young plants can take a light about 2' away. :peace:

put your hand between the light and your plants. if it is too hot for your hand, it is too hot for the plant. adjust accordingly. i keep my 600 watt 9 inches away. but that is when the plant is at full maturity.

i live in nyc so there are some laboratory supply shops around the city. but if you aren't close to one of those you can either get it at a head head shop or at www.sciencecompany.com. thanks! double thanks. but it's more like this bongsmilie! haha! :peace:

hey everyone, i just put this bubbler together and thought i'd share. it's two peices of pyrex glass tube, a glass funnel, two rubber grommets, and a ball mason jar. it cost me a total of $10.52. took me about 10 minutes to put together. not a bad deal, i'd say. and the best thing about it...

worst i've ever heard: don't use molasses in your grow because the sugar from the molasses will stay in the bud and then your bud will taste and smell like burnt sugar. harvest your plant with the roots intact. you then have to hang your totally intact plant upside down for a week because...

if you are about to chop your plant, molasses isn't going to do much. your buds have most likely already reached their potential. i use molasses with great success throughout my grow to give the plant boosts throughout their growth phases, ie. beginning of veg, and the beginning of flower...
