You can do it under cfls. some people think you get less/quality then with hps. thier is this guy on hear riddleme that grew a plant on cfls stsrt to finish with good product. something like 48 grams on plant. it was called matilda. have u looked a the cfl grow club? well what ever u choose lighting is only part of it. good luck.
