yep i head aboutthat and i found a site that had laws for mj but i dont remeber what the site was but it said unde 50 plants 1 yea in jail and o 1000 fine

ayyo i was thinking about some shit. it might help you get a picture of the laws......if your from upstate you heard about some busts recently in the news and shit.... they all got busted because they were too big for there own good. you dont have 12 guns in the house, like 80k in cash........... plus the 50 pounds of green. just keep things under control and your good.. its decriminalized man.. they have mandatory sentencings depending on your situation... also it takes alot to get a search warrant for your house. unless your op is smellin the neighborhood up, or one of your freinds trys burning you... those are the only 2 ways ive seen you get caught.. you tell a buddy er two, they get jealous. etc... or you step outside and anycop walking by can smell it, and thats probable cause to search....Pe@ce...

whats goin on man..... well my mom a year back got are lawyer to make copies out of some recent law books on NY state law. you really have to have over ten pounds to geta felony charge..but there alot of different circumstances... like if they get you with intent to distribute, or transporting... like if i got caught with my setup now.im lookinat about 1000 dollar fine, andits 1400Watts/50 plants.. but every time you get caught its harsher and harsher

Ha, thats just perlite on top on my Fox farms, it helps with reflectivity and root growth upwards as well
