Grabb an adult around the torso, with your index finger and thumb firmly compressed beneath the"venom glands"(two round "gills" on each side of the head) then use the other hand to compress the 'tops' of the venom glands gently but firmly quiz glands till they ooz white-clearish blue venom onto glass surface. let drie for 24-48hrs and ingest by SMOKING. the only real safe way. but be CAREFUL very little is needed. i would not advise the use of this creature for recreational use. ONLY for guided religious practice. as this can open the human mind in ways ONE can not explain.
