Haven't grown for several years and have decided to get back into the game. The cabinet design was inspired by a 420 Magazine article about building a grow cabinet for $100 or less. Now that $100 benchmark isn't my goal, I just liked how compact and easy the Sterilite cabinet went together...

It is so the chlorine in the water has a chance to evaporate. There are other forms of chloride and heavy metals however that will not evaporate/can't. I prefer to use drinking water or tap water that has a dechlorinator and pH adjusting additives (+ or -) to 7.0pH.

+1 Colorado is pretty bomb. Great micro breweries, marijuana is a $100 ticket, can buy/get a mmj card super easy.

From what I hear go with the navy. Less danger, more career opportunities when you get out. My cousin-in-law is a sonar specialist on a nuclear sub. Is stationed in Hawaii, recently did a 3 month tour that stopped in Panama and when he gets out he can do anything from ultrasounds to doppler radar.
